• All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Document processing for CLI users is done locally on your machine
• Cloud-stored documents are encrypted at rest
• We use Firebase/Google Cloud Platform for secure hosting

4. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and services, including:

• Google Analytics: For usage analytics
• Firebase: For authentication and hosting
• OpenAI: For AI Magic Fix features (only when you explicitly use this feature)

These third parties have access to your data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. Document data processed through CLI is not retained by us. Cloud-stored documents are retained until you delete them or close your account.
