Welcome to DocsUP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DocsUP service operated by BotsUP Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocsUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DocsUP provides:

• CLI Tool: A command-line interface for converting Markdown to PDF locally
• Web Application: A cloud-based editor for document creation and conversion
• MCP Integration: Integration with AI agents like Claude and Cursor for automated document generation
• AI Magic Fix: AI-powered formatting and content enhancement features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

DocsUP offers the following plans:

• CLI Core (Free): Open-source CLI tool with local processing
• SaaS Pro ($15/month): Web editor, cloud storage, and limited AI features
• SaaS Team ($49/month): Team features, unlimited brands, and enhanced quotas

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or engage in harmful activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Generate documents containing illegal or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the documents and content you create using DocsUP. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Our Content: The DocsUP service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by BotsUP Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Open Source: The DocsUP CLI is open-source software. See the license in our GitHub repository for terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DocsUP, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTSUP INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BotsUP Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is fraudulent or illegal

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
